This is the first time I have reviewed any purchases I have made, but I was so disappointed that I felt I had to post a review. We bought and tagged 2 trees for a landscaping company to pick up a week later. When they arrived only one was tagged. The other one was no longer there and we had to take a tree that we had not originally picked. When we queried one of the staff they said 'they could not police the trees' If they offer the service of purchasing and tagging trees then they should be 'policing' their trees I will never buy a tree from this company again.
