This school should be reported for child abuse. The Fraser Institute results does not reflect the quality of teaching of this backwardly school. It reflects the obsession for assigning excessive amounts of school work. Six to twelve hours of school work per day (weekends included) would rank any kid high on the provincial achievement tests. But they won’t have time to interact socially outside their home! The teachers are not too notch. The new teachers especially are the lowest quality. They put in the bare minimum for efforts & every decision they make is based on what will make their job easier- with no care for what is best for their students learning. They assign long time consuming assignments all due on Monday’s - with full expectation that the kids will be working all weekend long. These assignments are then corrected by AI. They have cushy jobs but they’d never survive the real work world in a real school. If you are thinking of signing up for this kind of learning, say good bye to all your weekends and expect that your kids will do nothing social - just homework.
